At SNDYS, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items that are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you include the generated return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
